Help me please

Salam

I would like someone to help me please, I live in the UK and I would like to start a business I have tried so many things and nothing it seems working for me , anything should work needs quite lots of money. The sound maybe stupid but I have not got another option , I would like to ask if anyone would like to lend some money start a business on partner basis or 1/2 and 1/2 . There is a good business app here but just need money to start with .

. The kind of business I am thinking of buying properties needs some ranevation work and then sell them , they price of the properties in the UK is growing by 10% every year.
